What comes first in your mind when I said "De-Motivated"?
The opposite meaning of "encouragement"??? For your infomation, "De-motivate" is a name of a type of poster which a picture is situated in the middle of a black background and funny quotes will be shown under the pic. Before I know about the name, I always type "Black box picture" in Yahoo! Image search to locate this kind of pictures.
